Vincent Massey Academy is staffed by over 60 trained professionals who are all committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment that helps each child realize their individual potential every day.

Our educators and staff bring their passion for teaching to foster a deep connection with our students, enabling the creation of tailored experiences that align with each student's unique interests and abilities.

Teacher Qualifications

Our lead teachers bring expertise and dedication with the following qualifications:  

Registration with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators (ECE) or the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).
CPR and First-Aid Certification.
Proficiency in early learning and child-development milestones, fostering age-appropriate growth and development.
Annual professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in education.

In line with the Ontario Ministry of Education's licensing requirements, we conduct thorough reference and background checks, including criminal background checks and verification of educational credentials.
